Cancellations: Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or re-schedule your appointment.
No-Shows: If you haven't shown to an appointment and want to book again, we will require 50% of the service fee at the time of booking.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds on services. If you have any concerns with the service you received, let us know within 2 days and we will be happy to correct it for you free of chrage. If you experience an allergy and are unable to wear the eyelash extensions applied, we will remove them at no cost.
Fills: You must have at least 50% of your lash extensions remaining otherwise you will be charged for a full set
