Policies

Cancellations/ No-Shows: Please understand that appointment times are limited. If you must cancel your appointment, we respectfully request 24 hours notice. Missed appointments, or appointments canceled without 24 hours notice will result in loss of your deposit.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds on services. If you have any concerns with the service you received, let us know within 2 days and we will be happy to correct it for you free of chrage. If you experience an allergy and are unable to wear the eyelash extensions applied, we will remove them at no cost. 
Fills: You must have at least 50% of your lash extensions remaining otherwise you will be charged for a full set
